The earliest I can ship is Tuesday morning because Monday is a Holiday. That would be hard to tell you for sure.

If the expected weather conditions where different, you would definitely receive it before the 20th. I don't want to promise you that it would arrive by then if I wasn't 100% sure. Another winter storm rolled in today and the coming week may bring more snow. According to the news. The next earliest postal pickup is Tuesday morning due to the Holiday on Monday.
