Absolutely elegant. This beautiful trinket box is handcrafted from mango wood, made in Thailand.

It's a traditional design with a raised silver metal panel on the lid, complete with an intricate etched design and tiny bells attached.

I believe this box may have originally held handmade soap, brought home as a souvenir from Thailand. It's been in my collection for quite some time, though I do not know the exact age of it.

Small in size, but very useful for storing jewelry, rings, or even as a secret stash box. Equally as nice for simple stand-alone home decor!
