I always offer free shipping to U.S. residents and split the cost in half for anywhere else. To keep the cost down I use first class mail which has PID# tracking or flat rate (which ever is cheaper}. USPS lost one item I sent a while back and I returned the credits, lost the money I spent sending it and lost the item. I will "NOT" do that again! I will not be responsible for lost mail and I will "NOT" refund credits. So...If you would like your item insured or want it sooner, please let me know as soon as auction ends. You will be responsible for paying the difference.
