Never used, I ended up taking my computer to a specialist. My computer to was to far gone for it to help it, it wouldn't ever pick it up.

I already have and use this product so I don't need to bid, but I wanted to let your bidders know that this program works like a charm, for my experience with it, it brought back a computer that was taking 20 min to boot up and then would be on for about 10 sec then would shut off, I had a virus, this program was able to get in and fix it and I was able to use it again. just some info.
