Is there any rust on the inside of the lighter like under the cotton but where the fluid goes??

when you take the cotton and flint section out you can see some of the copper that is under the chrome, I would not call it rust.

Oh that is okay. The last time I got a lighter from here it was all rusty in the bottom. normal wear is fine like what you are describing. Thanks for the quick response.
