It stretches very well.. It fits about a size 10/14.. depending on your body shape and size.. If your larger the belt may roll up at the bottom..

=) same here... I know when I was using it at least twice a day.. it works faster.. but I love this stuff.. thank you... I never thought of using it with the sweat belt.. I bet that would work really well too..

I didn't use the tape measure.. i saw it on tv and decided to try it.. I do notice it does help to tone my stomach.. I didn't get it to lose inches.. I just use it to help tone.. i hate doing sit ups.. I use it while I'm doing other things around the house or exercising.. I've used it on and off for about the past 4 years.. About every other year I'll order another set.. I always get the extra belt..

you don't have to replace the belt very often.. i choose to have an extra one.. I have a dog that loves to eat everything.. =) It doesn't lose it's shape and it's hand washable and hang or lay flat to dry... it is very good and sturdy material..

Iv been useing the cream for about three weeks now and only about a third of what im supposed to be using it. Instead of twice a day i use it about.every three days.AND IT DOES WORK..... i have a.differnt belt ,very much like the one thats supposed to cone with the cream. And i have a.sweat.belt that i use with it. To keep the heat going. And it works. I havent messured ,but im sure im HALF THE FAT IS ALREADY GONE FROM MY TUMMY. AND IF I WOULD OF USED IT TWICE A DAY MY STUMIC WOULD BE FLAT...IM SURE OF IT...

Yep.... And im not sure on inches because i havent used a tape.measure either but i HAVE lost 6 pounds in three weeks. And im taking meds that make you gain weight so its reallllllly hard to loose actual pounds. But i did. And my stumic has lost so.much of the fat. Its almost flat agin. Just like before i gained the weight.
