Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this Stone Mountain Park, GA, vintage souvenir. The plate measures 1 7/8" in diameter (small) and it comes with a little stand for display. The plate has a picture of a steam locomotive train and reads, "Georgia's Stone Mountain Park". I used a penny (not included) for scale in the images to give you a better idea of its size. The plate and stand is made of metal but I'm not sure what kind. The front of the plate looks like pewter but the back doesn't.
