Welcome! Thank you for your interest in this old, small plastic or maybe bakelite, hand painted figurine, of a girl on the telephone. The piece measures approx 2 1/2 inches long and crudely made. The bottom has lines like a fingerprint, something you don't see on today's plastic items. My guess is it could be from the 1940s, possibly earlier.
