For those that follow NouveauCheap's blog, she went GaGa over the Twinkle Twinkle palettes, this is the Bright one and all have amazing color pay-off w/gorgeous shades.
>Note - the top plastic is a bit scuffed, noticeable only if looking at it up close but I am a stickler about pristine packaging so I wanted to point this out.

This case is drop-dead gorgeous. Full of shimmery glitter. Inside houses ten smokey shadow shades that are not the same as the Smoky palette. I did not open this up as it is factory sealed & the only photo I found online is copyrighted but if you google it, it should show up for you.

These shades appear matte from the photo I saw.
Includes built-in mirror & liner pencil in black.
