I prefer it with a pair of shorts....

It's A&F from their adult store, so the clothes are geared toward "average" men and women from the ages of 18 to 22 years old. However, some of the time the A&F clothes run slightly smaller than other brand's Size M. This particular dressy top even I fit in to cause the top is a stretchy soft bandeau-type fit, and I'm usually a Size L when it comes to A&F :)

Well, I'm like 5'7'' and it reached well past my stomach, I'm guessing for someone shorter than me they could probably wear it with short-shorts and it would look like a dress!

If you are 5'2'' it should be able to double as a dress or a top. I even just tried it on and I could wear it as a dress even at my height (at 5'7''!!) Personally, wearing it as a dress (at my height) I'd wear a pair of shorts underneath, cause it comes down enough to cover but jumping about in it could be a problem.

Ok lol so I just tried it on again (haven't worn it in a couple weeks) I can easily wear it as a dress but I'm the type who wears a pair of short shorts underneath just in case there's a stray gust of wind that whips the outfit around... hope that makes sense. :) It comes down as a dress on me to a couple inches down my thighs, but shorter than a mid-thigh dress- so it's too short for my taste for sure

I ship out the day after the auction ends. I ship USPS Priority Mail so (depending on the mail carrier and how fast they move the package) it's usually less than a week (example: I sent out a couple won items that ended last Friday, they received the items yesterday- 4 days!). Of course, this depends on also how quickly the buyer gives me their shipping address :)
