I believe it works on any skin color because it turns translucent once applied. I'm not positive though, maybe goggle it?

I used this for the first time just last week & was worried since I have dry skin & powder on my face is normally not a pretty picture....but now I can see why people rave about this, like Kazzah said, melts in your skin & is just the bomb.
