I think so, but I'm not 100% sure. I'm trying to get the answer to that from where I got the melon.

No, I wish I could but my yard doesn't have enough sun. They are fresh out of the fruit though so if you have the right conditions they should do well. I get my fruit from a great Farmer's Market that gets produce from pretty much all over the world. I have found some amazing things there.
