Please read,as a seller i reserve the right to ship my items/cards the way i choose and have been doing so with every one of my over 2,000 plus transactions,i dont offer delivery confirmation unless its states it on auction,the last three weeks of auctions i have had buyers who never asked and won cards ,want me to add del. confirmation,the post office has already raised there rate for bubble mailers,card weighing under a ounce to 3 ozs. are automatically 1.71 now,not including the bubble mailer cost of toploaders,etc.they also now have there own tracking number for there use,in which if a buyer claims they didnt recieve a item the seller with receipt can have them look it up,its not for sellers use,please have some courtesy to the sellers and ask about delivery confirmations before you bid,thanks
