It is a Verizon contract phone. They are letting some model that are 2 yrs. Old or older 2 be used for their prepay lines. You can look up the model number I provided online or call them to see if you can use it with the pay as you go plan. This phone is 4 years old. It was my mom's phone. She NEVER used it. She pretty much kept it in her purse and seldom answered it. She never downloaded anything. So, this phone may be 4 years old, but it is in better shape than my Galaxy S4 . Hope this helps you out. I have this phone and it does not have Google play

I installed it off the Internet onto her phone for her when she first got it. She never used it, but she also thought she would actually use the phone more often, but she didn't

All I can say is that it is a good phone. If you want the phone, bid on it. If you don't want it, don't bid, or comment. I have been forthcoming about this phone and I am not going to answer "statements", only questions from those who want and like the phone for what it is and what I have stated that I have personally experienced with the phone.
