I saw this beautiful Porcelain Blue Butterflies (dual) Cameo and this is the end result! I bought just the cameo portion, then mounted it on the base. The cameo itself measures 2" x 1.60" including the bail.
This Cameo can be worn as a brooch or as a necklace :o) It is suspended on a 24" silver tone chain.

Soft and feminine this can be worn with anything!
