it is one use only and yes from when my friend used hers she lost 3 inchs after 45 minutes and 2 more inchs after the 72 hours. One wrap goes for 25 dollars since im nursing i can not try it out :( your suppossed to use a wrap (new one) every 72 hour till you get the results you desire

I have tried them and they didn't work for me, but others have tried them and lost several inches each time!! You have to drink a ton of water during the 72hr period; I guess I just didn't drink enough water.

its Just one wrap lol and its a single use wrap when you place it on you wrap saran wrap or a ace bandage on it to hold it in place. Leave wrap on for 45minutes to 8 hours this one can be placed on belly or cut in half to place on your thighs.
