this book is near perfect.The dust cover is in excellent condition and looks like it was just purchased.I have seen other hardcover books in comic shops that were waay worse.Again ,this book is a 9.8 outta 10.Although I do not believe they grade these and any grading could not be guaranteed as I have collected graded books for years and the discrepancies are can be up to a whole point on a 1-10 scale. You won't find any better in any book store.It's worth the 35$ someone paid for it at one time.Thank you.
