The listing, Cherished Teddies (Enesco) December Bear has ended.

Cherished Teddies December bear named Denise. She is the last in the set of 12 Monthly Bears of the Year collection from 1993.

I will also be listing a Cherished Teddies counted cross stitch pattern book on Monday that includes THIS December bear.

As far as the reg number goes on this one...
It APPEARS to show the reg number to be 7P14/544
*However* if you are an avid collector, as I am, you may be aware that any letter present in the first set of characters will always be one of the letters from the word CHERISHED. These bears are manufactured in China, and occasionally the reg numbers are a bit hard to read because they are handwritten. There is a possibility that the letter is a lowercase R or an uppercase D? I can't be sure. The only way the reg number would become an issue is if you're documenting all of them for insurance purposes (like I've done).

All Cherished Teddies that I sell on Listia are duplicates of bears I already own. I love all these bears as if they were still my own - they are well taken care of (from the time they became mine)

I will be listing a rare limited edition bear this coming Wednesday (2/18), so keep a lookout! I also have one other bear currently up for auction, so check that one out as well. I'd love to combine shipping :)

I ONLY ship to Listia-verified addresses that are provided within seven days. After that, the bear is relisted and I keep your credits per Listia rules.

I always ship within seven days. Normally I ship a lot faster. I am, however, a very busy SAHM and property inspector. My schedule can either be completely empty or incredibly hectic with essentially no advanced notice. But I won't ever forget about you! You'll always get shipping notification within the seven day timeframe :)

Also, just some advice from another big collector: if you have that many, I would strongly recommend you create a spreadsheet with reg numbers, condition, year made, etc. And combine that with photos of all of them. My collection is close to 300, and when you get up to that many it's most definitely something you want to have insured.

If you'd like, I can email you a copy of my spreadsheet and tell you where you can find CT valuation guides online. Unfortunately, the last one I've found is from 2001. So all my values are almost 15 years old. Most of my first edition bears are likely worth more, but at least I have a figure for the insurance company :)
