Sorry just noticed my comment only half posted! If someone wins out of country, I'll pay as much of it as it'd cost to the U.S. So if I could ship within the U.S. for $5, I'll pay $5 towards the shipping for outside. If that makes sense. And the powder will work for anyone, it's translucent. Not sure about the other face products. I can see the highlighter working, I'll try to find swatches online on dark skin if I can!

So do you have to pay for the shipping? I read it and it said "free shipping" but under it says winner has to pay exact for shipping. So is it free? And also, can dark skin people use this product?

Good luck! :) I love Physician's Formula products, especially their face ones! I have a bunch of different bronzers and blushes and I like them all! Especially love the shimmer stripes :) you can use it as a highlighter, bronzer, and shadow! the brow pencil is dark brown!
