Yes, they do with the black border. But they are not, they're done on some type of heavy board - and they're in very good condition! The chefs are so adorable - I saw some S & P shakers on a Listia auction earlier that match them! Thanks for your comment, & have a good day!

No hook - there's a "cut-out" on the back to hang with a nail or screw. Thanks for your question!
