@justinverholser if your parents are retired they over 62 and their income would not matter for grants such as Pell to got college. You have to be at least 25 years old and would not need parent's income reported to get grants. Sounds fishie to me.

ya I'm pretty sure they were a kid trying to scam people they were pretty persistent though lol I was just about to block them but they finally stopped commenting I don't like to block people but some give you no choice. like I'm going to just give them this laptop for free I've got a lot of money wrapped up in this one and it's pretty much free if you just list things that you don't need or use anymore to save up credits and if you don't want to list items there is other ways to get credits listia will give you credits for free just doing surveys.begging people for there items won't get you anywhere but blocked it's annoying and takes of room on the auction page where real bidders ask legitimate questions

I refurbish old laptop and desktops and give some away to children who really need them. I get broken ones from people and repair them. The ones I get are old and can do somethings but not every thing.

that's great I fix's things for people for free but I don't have the money to buy the parts and fix them for free. that is a really nice thing you do and I'm sure you will be rewarded for that in the end maybe you can give one to that kid that was trying to get me to give them this one to them for free they might appreciate it and then they can go to college since they were needing one for college you would have to look at the comments to find out there listia name I don't recall what their name was keep up the great work

Very interested, I have an old gateway laptop I use but need something faster, well this work well and run fairly fast ? I don't know anything about comps. except how to do my work on them and I need it to run fairly fast and hold quite a bit of memory.
