I'm actually dealing with an issue with any accounts I have due to identity theft I've had to resort to using prepaid cards for everything so it would have to be sent via western union or money order unless by chance you have a serve or brinks prepaid unfortunately that's the only options I have until I've gotten everything cleared up

I use a prepaid Visa card for my PayPal account. I got a green dot card from Wal-Mart.

my PayPal account is limited until this is all cleared up I can't do anything with it because someone opened an account in my name with a past due amount of $400 I'm still waiting to hear back from PayPal because I faxed all the paperwork I have showing I filed for identity theft so I just have prepaids I have a brinks a serve and a netspend and western union card so if you can't send to those which I know the brinks and serve u can't unless you have a card the others I'm not sure about then a money order would have to be sent its such a inconvience but I have no choice because the stolen identity issue.

yes it will have to be I know I apologize its such an inconvenience believe me I know very frustrating but until I get everything squared away which depends on how fast all the stuff I've sent to prove theft gets processed my hands are tied
