How old is it? Can you post a clear, up close photo of the cams and butt? Any e-Clips missing? Any cracks or flakes? frays? Sorry, not trying to needle. Its just hard to judge a bow from a photo. If you don't ask, you don't know.

could you answer "firebug36" questions, please? I'm new to the bow/crossbow world and I'm willing to do the "gin" but I want to make sure it is worth it, and in good condition. thanks.

He did answer me....by message. In all fairness to the seller, the bow appears to be in good shape. He doesn't have the arrows. The cams don't look bent or rusty, no obvious oxidation the limbs, doesn't appear to be warped, cracked, or flaking, and it's a collectible bow. Made around 1990, the Bear Bows were very popular. This one is a Black Bear. One of the nicer of the brand. If you can GIN it, which I cannot right now, it is well deserving. Otherwise, I will raise points to keep it. Just remember that ANY used bow should be serviced before hunting with it.

Correction the Black Bear was made between 1972-1978
