Up for auction is this sensational silver filled ring set size 10, stamped 925. This tiara ring is absolutely breathtaking. The oval red garnet is beautiful and is topped with an icy white, round cut topaz. Four lovely bands of engraving spiral towards the main stone. FREE GIFT!

What other type of metal is in it? I have a silver ring that is stamped but the silver came off and now Its copper looking lol? I just want to make sure before I bid because I have sensitive skin and would hate for something so beautiful to turn my finger green lol. F&W

It is silver filled, not plated or overlay over copper. I can't guarantee that your skin will not be too sensitive for this ring, but it will not turn your finger green. I hope this helps. Thanks for your interest and the compliment!

Love this! F&W! I have the exact same ring, except with a mystic topaz. It has a brass core but unless you cut into it real good (like, if it saves your finger from being chopped off) then you won't see any of the base metal. Everyday wear isn't enough to take off the silver plating. ; )
