The listing, Web cam has ended.

Usb 2.0 webcam optical glass lens /tech universe I used once, but never got into talking person to person on the computer. Its just been sitting in my desk. Also it turns and lens moves back and forth.

No you speak and the other person can hear you and you can hear them through your computer just like you can hear them
