I purchased this book new last month and it is in great condition, with the possible exception of some underlining or outlining of a phrase I found interesting (I flipped back through twice and couldn't find any, but I have a habit of doing it so I'm posting a disclaimer here just in case). I really enjoyed this read, a little spooky and somewhat grim in places, it is about an abandoned insane asylum that has been turned into a summer school. It's 310-311 pages, meaning the last page is not a full page. There are some interesting classic pictures taken from other asylums included throughout the book. Sorry, no free shipping. All Listia rules apply. No refunds, returns, or buyer's remorse.

Could you ship media rate please so it would not cost but about 3.50 with tracking?
Not sure how you were going to ship at that price cause the rules say you can only charge 3.99 max for a single book. Please advise.

I've never heard of media rate, but will look into it today. And you say media rate includes tracking? That would be great! Thank you! I was going to send it flat rate in a waterproof envelope, which is exactly $6.10.

I can't change the shipping cost on this page, but I will only charge the winner $3.99. Once I get all of this Listia stuff down I'll be able to be more accurate with shipping costs :) I appreciate everyone's input and patience!
