This is a perfect item for a person who removes their ring(s). The holder is a good quality glass or it may even be made of crystal. I'm not sure. if you'd like to know if it's crystal, my grandma taught me to gently thump a part of it with the fingernail, if it's real crystal, it "sings". otherwise, just a dull sound if it's not.
