To simplify things, I am capping shipping cost for all US domestic winners at $15 and will cover the rest myself. Making this the cheapest monitor in town. :)
This is my first big ticket auction, so I have no clue how high it could potentially go. However, I'll make the following deal with you and your fellow bidders...I'll make US domestic shipping a flat $15 and cover the difference myself. Fair?

This will not fit in any Flat rate box .The largest flat rate box is a rectangle ( for board games) and it is 23 11/16" x 11 3/4" x 3". I have a 17"monitor and it is 11 1/2 inches high by 1 inch thick and I would not ship this safely ( No real room for padding) . the Post Office can be very rough at times. So sufficient padding is necessary. I have read to many complaints on here that buyers are receiving their goods damaged or broken and asking for their points back. It's the sellers responsibility to package accordingly. Good Luck and I will keep this mind for a bid.
thanks for the info Catherine. you are right USPS flat rate boxes are a no go. the rates I provided above are for an appropriately padded box. I have found that fedex's prices are slightly cheaper so that can be an option for the winning bidder.
Yes, it has a standard 9-pin port. If for some reason your emachine has a unique monitor port, they sell USB adaptors that are pretty inexpensive at places like Best Buy or Staples.
