It is the same goldish color as the ash tray. The lettering is kind of raised. Is there a significance to the color that occupied is written in? This is something I'm not aware of.

It is a fairly old piece and I have left it in the exact condition is was, when I acquired it. A friend of mine, who is an actioneer, told me to leave it exactly as it is, That is why I have not cleaned or polished it. He told me not to. By any means, it is an interestng collectible.
