The listing, 1918 ERROR British Penny has ended.
Here is an error coin from 1918, a British penny featuring King George V. I believe the term for this error is called a "Brockage" error. These errors are caused when a struck coin remains either on the die after striking, and impresses it's image into the next blank planchet as it is struck, leaving a negative or mirror image. As you can see, there is an impression of King George's head on the opposite side. This one is highly collectible! If you don't know the value of brockage errors.... just use ebay search as an example, you'll be amazed!
