BANANA REPUBLIC classic skinny jeans, size 10. They do have stretch too them. They have two places about an inch long each, along the top of the waistband in the back, it's not holes, just the fold of fabric where in untucked from the seam, can probably be trimmed away with scissors but it's really not a big deal and your shirt will cover it any way. The very bottom of the back of the left leg has a hole as shown in the last few pics. Worn with boots no one will ever know, they can always be hemmed above the hole if they are too long for you. The waist laying flat measures 17 inches across, so they are a 34 waist.
The inseam from crotch to bottom is 31 inches, so these jeans measure 34 x 31

Thanks, my waist stays small even when I get bigger so I'm hard to fit in jeans. They have to accommodate my wide hips, big butt, and small waist!!! Lol. I always have to wear a belt when I put weight on, and I hate wearing a belt!!! :-) :-) :-) crazy huh?
