Adult regular Size Blood Pressure Cuff, Gently Used approx 22" x 5.5". Gauge needle is in the center of the circle which means it reads correct. If the needle is out of the circle then the gauge needs to be adjusted. (for those who don't use these all the time). Think I used this 3 to 4 times before I bought a battery operated one so it's in excellent shape.

no, only the BP Cuff, but I have several stethoscopes that I might be putting up at a later time.
