Lovely two-piece skirt outfit that will take you from the office to a night on the town. A very pretty brown and cream harlequin pattern adorns both the top and the skirt. The top has the most flattering princess seams, and zips down the front with a fun circular, silver pull. The skirt is made to flatter the bottom, with a zipper in the back and a small slit in the bottom front side. Both pieces are fully lined. The size on the tag says "38" (USA 8), and the measurements are: Top-16" from side seam to side seam, 18" from top shoulder to hem. Skirt-13" at the waist, 17" in length. I would say it fits smaller than an 8. Also, please note in the last photo there is a small area where the lining has started to pull away from the skirt. Does not detract whatsoever from this lovely outfit.
