FREE: Enhancing Mind, Body, Spirit

Not really sure how to describe this. Many years ago, I joined one of those clubs where you pay each month for them to send you portions of these cards/posters in the mail. The first mailing included the binder and dividers and three or four packets of mixed-lot cards to place in their appropriate places. Then every month (if you paid), they would send you a couple more mixed-lot packages.

I stopped paying because I just never read the stuff.

There are some interesting things in here. I took pics of a few (didn't even choose what I opened the book up to. Topics range from herbs to crystals to sex to astrology to health to the body. Anything that can pretty much enhance your "Mind, Body, and Spirit" is here.

The book is definitely not complete. Maybe it can help someone further their studies on a topic they like? Maybe they have this book and are missing a few pages? Maybe they can cut out the pictures? It's been sitting for about 3-4 years and I know someone can use it.
