The game is used. The disc has several small scratches. When tested, it booted up. I didn't play it through to the end, so I can't guarantee that it will play through with no problems.

NOTE: The cover of the game says it includes a Best Buy Exclusive Survival Handbook., however, this is not included. It wasn't with the game when I got it.
