Benefit Watts Up!! Deluxe sample size. Brand new, never used or swatched. I have been using my sample size for over 6 months and still have alot left.....it lasts forever. A little goes a long way. I have a few of these now...was hoarding them like gold....lol. It is my absolute favorite highlighter. I have tried a ton of highlighters too....the one in the Naked blush pallet, Too Faced Snow Bunny....etc. They are powders that settle into the lines around my eyes and make me look older instead of brightening and bringing that candlelight kissed look that everyone strives for. I never have that problem with this highlighter. It goes on creamy and smooth and dries to a powder finish. Gives me the most amazing dewy fresh look! I'll be 44 in August and I have found that my skin is too dry to use any kind of powder around my eyes. This product is amazing!!! It is my holy grail....I've never tried anything that comes even close.

It works for any skin tone. It goes on a champagne color but blends out so there is really no color to it...it just makes the light dance off the areas you apply it. :)

So do u use this with your base or can you use it as a base without powder???? It sounds like a perfect product for someone like myself who hates wearing tons of make up

Hi! You could definitely wear this with or without a base. I have really dark circles under my eyes so I always wear some kind of concealer or foundation to hide them. I apply the Watts Up to the very top of my cheekbones, in kind of a stripe down the side of my cheek. I make the same sweep down the bridge of my nose. After blending I take the extra product on my fingers (I blend it with my fingers) and apply it right above my brows. Once blended it has no color. It just bounces the light off of your face and makes it look radiant. A little goes a long way. Hope that helped hun! :)
