PetKing (Blue) Reflective Collar size Medium:
Adjustable Neck, weather resistant. I assume these are both nylon.
NOTICE: The 48" Leash (red) reads recommended, "only for small dogs under 18 pounds." It seems very strong but FYI. Perhaps if you can't use the leash you could auction it. I thought the blue and red went well together.
If I squish the collar flat it measures 6" so 12" around.

I tried to find a heavier leash to no avail. Although the red leash should be as strong as those retractable leashes which are very thin. Even though the tag says differently. So sorry.
