The listing, Forever 21 Strapless Teal Party Dress has ended.

Dress has hardly been worn and is in great condition. I'm unsure of what material it's made out of, but it is soft and kind of silky and has no special washing instructions. It is a size medium; perfect for any petite lady. I wouldn't recommend it for someone tall simply because you won't get much coverage below the waist, when it fits properly it reaches just above the knees. It has no zipper or buttons and is slip on dress, easy to get on and off. Depending on how busty one is if recommend wearing a strapless bra underneath. Looks great with long necklaces and strappy heels, is beautiful regardless of the lighting, and is overall a great dress for a night on the town!

Thank you! I am not sure if it would fit a small, you'd have to be somewhere teetering between a small or medium, not thin-thin. I hope that helps!
