I reserve the right to ship up to a weeks time (I get paid every two weeks, items can be shipped before, but will usually be shipped on the closest Monday/Tuesday).

If the mail people for some reason (I do put tracking) mess up, I am not to be held accountable. I did all my proper steps, any time an item has been taken out of my hands and is now in the mails hands, is the fault of the mails. I can not make them find a lost package nor can I make them speed up the shipping process.

Head light does not have any defects and is in gently used condition and cleaned before mailing.
