Welcome! Thank you for your interest in previewing this unique item. I think it is some sort of string tie medallion clasp but I'm not sure. The back side has a hook at the top which I'm not sure is for. It has three blue stones which appear to be turquoise but I'm not sure about that either. It's not marked anywhere so I don't believe it is sterling silver. Still an odd piece but mystical! Could maybe be a masonic piece but not sure. The winner also receives another one but its just the bottom piece only (last two images). Please check the images and place in your watch list for possible future bidding. yes the "extra bottom" may actually go to the other side when hooked up, on to the "top" except the entire thing would go sideways on the belt, not up and down, I would bid except it seems a little bit too worn out, good luck!
