I have more of these to list so can keep them on Listia for a while, so if you lose it check back for my relist. It takes a while to learn the best strategies for buying and selling on Listia. It can be frustrating but it's part of the fun too!

NOTE to bidders/winners:
I'm on the Chesapeake Bay, and we are going to get hit pretty badly by Hurricane Irene, even if the storm ends up going further offshore. We will probably have 100+ mph winds here, and I will almost certainly lose power and may not be able to respond to comments or winners for a few days. I plan to ship my items on Tuesday if possible, but if I can't get online, shipping will have to wait until I can get my mailing list together!

After Isabel in 2003, the water bounced back and forth in the bay like a bowl of water sitting on a tennis ball ... first the Western shore got horribly flooded, and then we did here on the Eastern shore. We lost the ductwork under the house, but that was all, thank goodness. If it goes any higher we'll lost carpet and possibly walls. I want my carpet gone anyway, but not sure I'm ready to put in hardwoods next week ... LOL.
