MY POLICY
1. Please read the description in its entirety and ask your questions before bidding.
2. Rarely will I add GIN or lower the number of days on an auction once it is posted.
3. Please be reasonable on shipping time. Listia allows seven days before the item must be shipped out. This does not mean it has to be received in seven days. Please be mindful of inclement weather, weekends, federal holidays, and normal postal delays. It can take 10 days or more (depending on your location) for an item to arrive once sent if First Class Mail is used. I rarely ship anything using any other method unless it is a lot of items or a large item, and without charging for postage.
4. All items ship within 7 days of auction end (or receipt of verified address if not sent to me immediately).
5. I have not earned my feedback here by screwing people over. I take Listia as seriously as I would any other business. That being said, if you have an issue with your item, communicate with me before you complain or leave bad feedback so we can work it out.
6. In most cases, I prefer that any item other than digital deliveries be returned to me (at your expense) prior to refunding credits. This is only fair.
7. Nasty and pointless comments will be hidden; rude inbox messages will result in blocking the user. Those who scam me will also be blocked.
8. I do not give refunds for buyer's remorse alone.
9. If shipping is required, you have seven days from the auctions end to submit payment. Otherwise, I relist the item and keep the credits. Do not beg me to waive shipping or to accept other methods. I accept PayPal only. sdcollison1981@hotmail.com
10. I will ship to verified addresses only, per Listia policies. I only ship to the United States, with the occasional international exception (noted in the listing).
