This looks like a self contained single charm bracelet, so I would say no. But I guess it may be possible to remove this charm and add to others, if you have another bracelet =)

I had an identical pandora bracelet. And just wanted to let everyone know that it is made as a single larger bead bracelet. You cannot take the bead off,...or add other beads to it.
