It's approx 8.5" tall x 11" wide and the base is 2.5-2.75". It is from a box lot at an estate sale and I have no idea about smoking there. I've had it in a box for a little while but I would be happy to hang it where it can air out.

In answer to a message I received today:

I looked the bag over again, more carefully this time, and there is a small scuff mark on the back, about an inch or so long. There is a little bit of wear on the brown at each front edge. You can see it on the posted picture. I inadvertently covered one side with the strap but it is about the same on both sides. There are no tears or loose stitching inside the bag.

I've struggled with this question and unless an auction listing states otherwise, I just can't see my way to offering free shipping on anything that goes for less than 500 credits. Right now money is extra tight, with the kids starting back to school.
