SHIPPING DETAILS
Shipping usually takes about 4 - 5 business days. If you do not receive the item within 3 days of the 5th estimated date, you will get a refund. HOWEVER that refund is only if I get confirmation from your postal office that they never received it.

TRACKING ON SHIPMENT
I do not provide a tracking number on small items; only on bigger parcels or packages. Therefore this item does NOT have a TN.

First thanks for your interest.
With regards to shipping details, I've been shipping for a long time and that is based on how fast my customers receive their items which on average is within 4 business days. This is also because I usually ship at 8am, and it gets into the pile which goes out at 4pm the day of which makes it more faster (rather than waiting for the next day).
Also, it is due to my destinations and size of package. Most packages are able to be sent as letter mail which are obviously faster than parcels. For parcels it takes a bit longer which is why I give the extension of three more days.
Destinations are usually domestic or just to northern US so the distance isn't too far.
I do use Canada Post, but usually express.
And finally, with the how do I know they received it inquiry.
I make a call to your closest post office the day I ship, and make them make a note of mail to your address and describe the package or envelope. Then make them call me or email me when i they receive it. Most will comply with my request.

Just for comment thou I am interested , CAN YOU REALLY SHIP TO RECIPIANT THAT FAST ? 3 to 5 days to receive isn't that tricky this time of year ? I shipped 10 items only 1 reached its destination in 5 days , I was sending from N/.S, to Toronto , some have received 9 days The rest are still waiting and its been 12 days , , ON ANOTHER NOTE - one item was went to me from Toronto from my relative - it took 13 days , YOU MUST KNOW SOMETHING I DON'T ? DO YOU SHIP CANADA POST ? OR ANOTHER WAY ? They usually don't unless you tell them to, it's a hassle for them but necessary for precision :)
Express post isn't too expensive for domestic, it gets a little pricey for US sometimes but nothing too bad.
