This is a real beauty. The pendant is Sterling silver & marked as well as the chain which is 16". I believe that the stones around the gem are CZs but I have owned it for over 25 yrs & can't remember... They could be diamonds for all I know... The part that attaches to the chain is also covered in stones. When the light catches it, the fire in it is amazing. NOW for the fun stuff :)
