These were only sold for one year (1995) and there were different sports-themed pens issued for each Looney Tunes character.

This one is Sylvester the cat in his baseball uniform. Suggested Retail in 1995 was $25.00 --- given the limited number of these that were ever made, I am sure the value has probably gone up in the collector's market, especially in the original tin and even with the original price tag still on it. AND it's never been used, but I did put a dot on a piece of paper just to be sure it works, and it does.

So have fun getting it appraised - I'm not a collector so it makes no difference to me lol I don't know if it's real gold or not, but I'm pretty sure it's probably NOT, otherwise it would have cost a lot more than $25.00, right? LOL
