Go Green with home made laundry detergent! This detergent works great, and it only takes 1tbs per load (up to 2 tbs for heavily soiled loads). No need to add extra Oxy Clean because it's included in the soap mix! It will not suds or foam, so it's perfect for HE machines too! You will get over a pound and a half (25 oz.+) of detergent, so you will be able to wash about 40 loads of laundry! Detergent will ship in a double Ziploc bag to reduce packaging.

The fragrance comes from a grated bar of Fels Naptha soap. It smells rather strong in the powdered detergent form, but the fragrance disappears after you've washed the clothes. Sounds crazy, but it's true! :)

It is indeed! This one also has the addition of Oxy Clean already mixed in, but otherwise it's the same kind :)

I should add that you can also mix this with water, boil until the powder is dissolved and let sit overnight to gel, and then you can have your own homemade liquid laundry soap. It's incredibly versatile!
