This is great for crafts for your glitter or confetti, its great for powder sugar to sprinkle your cookies and cakes.. Its great to use for sprinkles, Or whatever you wish to shake.. Mix 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper into 2 cups vinegar. Spray the solution along the perimeter of the lawn to create an extra potent fence.
Launch an odorous assault. Add 2 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 chopped onions, 1 jalapeno pepper, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, 1 tablespoon chili powder, and 1 tablespoon liquid dish soap to 1 full quart of warm water. Shake to combine, and allow the solution to sit for 24 hours. Strain the liquid out through cheesecloth and sprinkle it along the perimeter of your lawn, as well as any other areas you want to keep dogs away from.

you can sprinkle cayenne pepper and black pepper all over your lawn too but the solution I just posted works good too but it will kill your grass and flowers...

What do you recommend as a solution that can be used inside our puppy is almost a year old & she still has accidents inside no matter what we do. I would use the solution you posted but you said to spray it outside.

clean with vinegar they don't like that smell but limit her food intake, like as soon as she gets done eating take her outside and let her do her business, I'd give it about 15 mins. even if she doesn't go. bring her back in and wait about 15 mins and take her back out until she does go. keep doing that for about 3-5 days and she should get the hang of going out after she eats. and always take her out before bedtime
