How man moving joints does he have and where are they? also is the cape removable?

Hi there,
Legolas has 15 points of articulation (moving parts) and the cape can't come off because the back has a push lever that makes him throw. I will add 2 photos from the original box that he came in a long time ago. It sells on ebay and amazon for quite a bit. Hope this helps. Thanks for asking. :)

No it is not new. I only included photos of the original box it came in. This was my son's toy. It is in really great condition, just does NOT have the box that it came in.
